Sh.Trilok Nath Rai 'Guru Ji '

The Anant Yog Seva Sansthan is a non-profitable trust founded by Shri Trilok Nath Rai ‘Guriji’ honour of his teacher venerable Paramhansa Satyananda Saraswati Maharaj, one of the most influential spiritual teachers of the twentieth century.

In May 1985, Shri Triloke Nath Rai ‘Guruji’ went to Munger to attend the marriage ceremony. There, he got the good fortune of seeing the venerable Paramhansa Satyananda Saraswati Ji, after bowing down to worship, he sat ahead facing Swamiji. Swamiji looked at him questioningly and asked questions. Who are you, and the word automatically came out of his mouth, Swamiji, ‘I have come here to knowing this.

Swamiji said for doing regular yoga practice in Shivanand Ashram, extensive publicity and propagation of yoga has been going on for the last one year among people of all countries, castes, and religions.
You finish your regular work tomorrow morning and reach till six o’clock, it is mandatory.
He went to attend the yoga session at the appointed time, after a short greeting and after a brief exercise, Pranayoga, meditation session started, after which Swamiji asked who you are. Everyone said together that, we are yoga followers. I got the answer to my question, make your intoxication, the yoga journey of my intoxication was beginning.

1 – Cooperation and balance in mind, speech, and action is yoga – Swami Satyanand Saraswati.

Hatha Yoga

Haṭha yoga is a branch of yoga. The Sanskrit word हठ haṭha literally means "force" and thus alludes to a system of physical techniques

Vinyasa Yoga

A vinyasa is a smooth transition between asanas in styles of modern yoga as exercise such as Vinyasa Krama Yoga, Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga and Bikram Yoga, especially when movement is paired with the breath.

Kundalini Yoga

Kundalini yoga derives from kundalini, defined in Vedantic culture as energy that lies dormant at the base of the spine until it is activated and channeled upward through the chakras in the process of spiritual perfection. Kundalini is believed by adherents to be power associated with the divine feminine.

Intuitive Yoga

Many of us are seeking to move in a way that feels intuitive and free. Freedom and trust in our yoga practice can extend to other areas of my life, allowing us to feel equally in control as well as radically except all that we are NOT in control of. Honoring our bodies is one of the greatest gifts that we can offer ourselves.

Aroma Yoga

Aroma yoga, works on the whole person: body, mind and pure consciousness or spirit. Aromas trigger instincts, emotions and memory. Yoga weaves neuromuscular memory into our cells. Combining the two, we can condition ourselves to feel yoga’s deep calming relaxation off the mat just by smelling the scent that accompanied our asanas.

Slow Yoga

Slow Yoga is a low-impact workout, which can help you to get in shape gradually. It is in sharp contrast to the power yoga or the aerobics-based active version of it. This type of Yoga is actually a combination of a modified Vinyasa Flow and Hatha Yoga. It does not have as many transitions as the classic Vinyasa yoga but has more flow than Hatha Yoga.
